Please mail all garment orders to the address below in accord with the following. Please follow all steps carefully otherwise there may be delays.
We welcome phone calls. We do not take garment orders over the phone.
Below is a link to the Order Form, and a link to my Catalog. Fill out either one clearly and completely. Do not write garment order sizes on your check.
Do not send your own separate re-drafted "order form", or one from another company, instead of our forms. Please use the official Gothic Garment Order Form or Catalog linked below; otherwise it may cause delays.
You may send with your order any photos of your own and 1 or 2 garment drawings or diagrams with measurements accompanying the completed Order Form.
If you see a photo of a garment(s) on my web page or catalog that you want to order, send a hard copy, print out, photo copy or photo # from the bottom right of each photo with your order.
The numbers at bottom right of the photos each include letters representing the category of that garment. For example, ML5 is the fifth Latin Monk picture, and NL5 is the fifth Latin Nun picture.
A rush order is: If you need it in less than 14 days; Please add $75.00. Plus $15.00 for second day delivery, or $25.00 for next day delivery. Phone me first before a rush order. A street address is required for rush orders. If you need it in less than 5 days, add $75 per single piece, or $100 per multi-piece habit/garment.
Mail us the info/order form (link below) with check or money order payable to:
