We can answer all your questions and particulars/details about monastic habits and capes best by telephone instead of email.  If you can communicate only by email, that is OK - you may use the e-mail link at the top of this page.  Telephone calls are the surest way to explain the complexities and many different styles, fabric types etc., and details of monastic/religious habits which would be far too time consuming and complex to discuss by e-mail.  Please limit any photos you wish to email to a maximum of 2 small pictures or a photo # from our web site. 

It takes about 4-8 weeks for a non-rush order -one multi-piece habit with cape or without cape Oct.  thru Dec. and 4-6 week Jan. thru Sept.

Read our ordering instructions & footnotes & rush order instructions on our order form.  You must read and follow all the order form instructions, footnotes & rules; Failure to do so may cause delays of days or weeks. 

Visit our site and see the many traditional types of monastic/religious habits we custom tailor & sell in the Latin, Anglican and Byzantine monastic traditions.  Because there are so many different traditional styles, we cannot yet show you all the many dozens of styles on our web site.  Select a style from our site with photo # that closest resembles what you are looking for and telephone us; preferably instead of email and we can discuss it by telephone including styles you don't see yet on our site. 

We do not sew or sell garments or accessories in "one size fits all" -Only custom tailored habits/garments to fit your particular size; thus, we need all your measurements and info on our order form-not over the phone.  We do not take garment orders over the phone.  We give price quotes habit/garment consultation over the phone.  And let us know just how traditional you want to go with a habit & cape in Pre Vatican 11 style. 

The entire order form MUST be completed and sent to us with your signature and date.  It is the written contract of your garment order you must mail to us.  Please keep a copy for your self.

We give discounts for volume orders.  Call us for discount quotes.  We give a $50 discount per multi piece habit/garment order if we receive your order within 7 days of our first price quote to you by phone.  Read our discount & phone call rules on our order form.
